Packing and delivery
Original artwork is packed to protect the surface and frame during transit. Available delivery methods, destinations, and charges are shown at checkout. Tracking is provided when the work leaves the studio.
International orders
Import duties and local taxes may be charged by the destination country and are the collector’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states otherwise. Contact the studio before purchasing if your destination is not listed.
Returns
Because original art is unique, please contact the studio within 14 days of delivery before returning a work. It must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Bespoke commissions and work damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
Damage in transit
Photograph the packaging and artwork, then contact the studio within 48 hours of delivery so the carrier claim can be handled promptly.
